Harding provides Hornets with timely boost

Pat Harding is in line for a timely return to action as Horsham complete their pre-season programme with a match against landlords YMCA in tomorrow's traditional curtain raiser to the new campaign (kick-off 3pm). Last season's leading scorer has missed the last 5 matches since picking up an injury at Lordswood but is likely to play "some part of the match" as John Maggs looks to field a strong line-up ahead of next Saturday's league opener against Aveley. The manager is also working hard to secure the signature of one new addition to his squad and hopes to have finalised a deal in time for the weekend's fixture. Horsham season ticket holders will be permitted free entry to this game.
