Pelling back to complete unfinished business

Horsham will field a change of goalkeeper for tonight's clash with Ashford Town after Brighton & Hove Albion's Josh Pelling agreed to return to the club until the end of this season. The teenager initially joined the Hornets on a month's loan in November but was promptly recalled by the Albion after making just one appearance in the 2-0 win at Tooting & Mitcham. However, an apparent surplus of goalkeeping talent at the Withdean means that Josh has been granted permission to go out on loan and he goes straight in to tonight's side. At the same time, we say farewell to James Nicholls who has decided to leave the club after becoming unhappy at being asked to play at full-back. The former Portsmouth and Coventry man favours a central defensive role but, with Sam Page, Ben Andrews and Anthony Acheampong ahead of Nicholls in that position, John Maggs has reluctantly agreed to his release.
