First half goals from Hassan Nyang and Pat Harding earned Horsham only their second away win of 2010 and extended their unbeaten run to 3 games to all but guarantee Premier Division football next season. Nyang opened his Hornets account after 31 minutes when he smashed home a loose ball and Pat Harding doubled the advantage on the stroke of half-time after a mazy run from Delando Smith. Ashford put in an improved performance after the interval but were unable to break through a Hornets defence who recorded their first clean sheet since November and the home side's misery was compounded with the late dismissal of Brett Cooper for a foul on Steve Davies.
