Having signed from Broadbridge Heath at the start of last season, Andy had to wait patiently for his debut, coming on as a substitute for fellow central defender John Farley against Croydon Athletic in October. Two weeks later, he had made the position his own and went on to form a solid partnership with Eddie French as he helped the Hornets to a runners-up spot in Division One.
