Rob had a distinguished
career with Croydon Athletic, spanning ten years, during which time he
won justifiable acclaim as being one of the top goalkeepers in the
league. Moved to Queen Street in the summer of 2005 after impressing the
Horsham management team with a superb display against them the previous
season. Ankle ligament damage received in September kept him out of
action for four months but, once recovered, he was quick to reassume his
first choice status, helping the Hornets to a Division One runners-up
place. A knee problem looks likely to keep Rob out of the entire 2006/7
season. |
